We provide subscriptions services to property agents to advertise their properties on our website. We currently have about 1,400 subscribers and 40,000 listings online.

We also sell banner advertising on our site.

We are looking for an experienced, successful sales person to sell both subscriptions and banner advertising. Some experience in the property or hospitality industries would be an advantage, but not critical.

LOL. You're right Mark.

So sorry, but it frustrates me when an opportunity to "own" the web property business in Indo is jeopardized. I have the best intentions and I genuinely want to see 123 do well. But, with that site, they are vulnerable. They don't need all the flashing low yield adverts. If they concentrate on the brand and the functionality of the site, they'll make millions later. IMHO.

I think the design is not so bad. It could be easier to navigate around though.

The best way to test your site is to watch a first time visitor navigate around your site.

I agree about the flashing banners though. They can be very distracting.

Re the Flash animations, you have to give the customer what they want, and Indonesians seem to want all the flashing lights they can get. Have a look at any of the big sites here.
