My 11-year old Rottweiler

Is my Rottweiler "really old" at 11-years old? In Europe, they may live up to 15 years old. But in Indonesia, due to the hot climate, I heard people say that they are "amazingly" old already.

11 is old for a Rotty anywhere, generally larger breed dogs have shorter life expectancy than smaller dogs. I have had 5 Rotty's they lived between 8 and 12
