Diskonfair Account Representatives will build partnerships with local merchants in cities across Indonesia. This engagement is all about building a market by identifying and calling on the best local businesses that make each city unique, then negotiating unbeatable discounted offers on behalf of Diskonfair.
We would like to leverage current connections and related experience in advertising to build partnerships with local merchants for Diskonfair. They partner with restaurants, theaters, spas, and everything in between, negotiating unbeatable offers on behalf of Diskonfair.
We are hiring connected, sales-minded individuals with experience with online sales, advertising, and account management to fit within our team.
Minimum requirements
2+ years of advertising sales to local merchants in Jakarta, preferably online media.
Experience canvassing and cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of consistent and current success
Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
Good Knowledge of the city businesses and events.

Responsibilities:
Well-matched individuals to this role:
Are comfortable selling over the phone and cold calling various types of local businesses
Identify new and creative businesses & activities to be featured, expanding the range of offers for our subscribers
Creates and deliver effective proposal presentations.
Meet with decision makers, negotiate and close the deals.
Responsible for a daily reporting of performance to the manager.
Responsible for post-sales relations with merchant/partners.
Develops monthly sales plan in conjunction with your manager, which details activities which will focus on meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Have demonstrated high degrees of diligence and accountability in past and can point to respective personal results
Ability to coach with confidence as they prospect for and close leads in their assigned markets
Zeal to succeed in competitive environment.
Salary Range: Base salary + uncapped commission and benefits
