Completion of four years of tertiary study;
Teaching experience in Indonesian language at tertiary level;
Capacity to use on-line methods in Indonesian language teaching;
Capacity to work as a member of a team;
Demonstrated administrative capacity.

Desirable Attributes
A PhD or near completed PhD in Indonesian language or culture or related area;
Commitment to interdisciplinary teaching and research;
A qualification in applied linguistics or TESOL that focuses on language teaching pedagogy.
