ok.. first of all I would like to say I am doing this for a friend of mine and may not know all the details. I'm not even sure if its cool to post this here but I have to give it a shot.

Basically my friend Keith is looking for investors in the natural gas boom in Western PA called the Marcellus Shale. Look up Marcellus Shale In Pennsylvania on google. This is a big deal. Keith and one of his college buddies who owns a lot of timber land in Clearfield county in Pennsylvania are looking to drill.

A local company, Rex Energy, just formed a Joint Venture with a Japanese Investment firm called Sumitomo Corp. for 140 million. A Korean co , Atinum Partners just invested 70Million, Reliance Industries entered into a JV with Atlas Energy for 1.7 Billion, BG Group out of the UK did a JV for 950 Million. We are looking for around 60 Million.

If your going to get in bed with a corp that has been kicking around for 300 plus years " Sumitomo " Your ducks better be in a row and the gas you speak of in Pa. its there alright but, I have serious problems with Fracking and the tons of destroyed private water well bleeding gas now , and what about the destruction of the aquifers feeding New York City, Newark NJ, and Philadelphia Pa. just to name a few of the (if you will )more notable Villages involved, consider this Carnegie Mellon U. had a piece of software maybe 15 - 20 years ago that I looked into called " Molecular statistical migration " This software will monitor the changes in the sub terrain strata in real time, there is considerable documentation, application,and tech willing to expose this environmental enigma out there. Just a few talking point for you when you consider scratching out your check for your piece of the 60 mill. The opposition to this is a little late to the party, but there on it now and loaded for bear, one more tid-bit, much in the same way the manifest laws did for the transfer of toxic waste and hazardous materials, real time monitoring software and laws requiring its use such as I spoke of would do the same for the { Quote " Gas boom " unquote.}
