And .... drum roll .... the salary is __________ ?

Added later: Darn, another first for Fred. I guess I can console myself by asking the OP to familiarize him(her)self with the forum rules which require the inclusion of salary information within such posts.

This is typical Indonesian job Advertisement. Typical Indonesian Employers attitude, take it or leave it ...

They do not appreciate that for many people aproximate salary that they are going to get is one of the most important factor to decide whether to apply or not to apply.

It is just a complete waste of time to apply for a job, to attend an interview for the salary level that you are not going to accept it you are selected.

Telling the salary will save time for both employer and employees.

Employer in Indonesia need to think abut this and need to change their attitude .....

Visa, salary etc please.

I agree, Adindas. I feel sorry for my Indonesian colleagues when they are forced to jump through so many hoops-- applications, interviews, trial teachings, reference checks, etc...-- only to get offered the job and find out that that salary is less than their current one.

I don't understand why employers waste their time like that-- it's a huge time suck to invest so much into a candidate, only to have them turn you down because of the salary. It's really, really backwards. Just give a range in the initial ad!
