Hello,

I have been browsing about apartments in Surabaya, yet I haven't found good candidates.
My fiance will need an apartment for a month lease only. Since it is a month only, the higher price is not necessary. Are there any apartments in Surabaya, which cost around 3 mio up to 5? not more than 5 millions, are located in a safe and nice area. Can anyone (most especially who live in Surabaya and stay in an apartment) share the reliable info?
Thank you so very much!

Hello Lingua,

Have you tried Apartemen Metropolis near Ubaya campus in Tenggilis ? Its known as students Apartment, low budget but the place looks pretty good with more than 2 towers.

I have already searched for it, yet no clear images of the apartment. I should go there myself and check though. Thanks

hi, Lingua..
which part of Surabaya do you want to stay? i think, there's a lot of apartments in west surabaya.. water palace is a nice apartment, but i think it's about 6 milion.. maybe u should check mbak Alia's recommendation. i heard that metropolis apartment is about 3-4 milion per month! so, it's better for you.. :)

i've been lived in metropolis, yes it's reasonable price but u need to extra careful with their management (esp.when u need to pay bill)
i think waterplace will be much better n there are many type of apartment, n i think u can find under 5mil/month, just go there n check it

Students apartment are usually crowded and loud, I've visit a friend few times in Metropolis and I don't really like the place. Would recommend Waterplace over it. the location is also much better, there's 2 malls nearby and lots of expat in the area
