POSITION
The university is offering a challenging and rewarding position to begin January 2011 in a progressive and challenging international environment. As well as lecturing, this position involves syllabus design and redesign, materials development, lecturer coordination and training, interesting project work in pioneering areas such as CLIL and IT in Education, extra-curricular and departmental support in, for example, debate and debate development etc., and research opportunities
Visa and medical insurance provided for full time expat faculty. Airfare and accommodation/accommodation allowance also provided for overseas recruit.
This is a full time position based on a yearly renewable contract.

APPLICANTS
Minimum Requirements
1) At least 2 year's experience in EAP or EAP related fields, preferably at university level
2) Academic Coordination experience eg as DOS or equivalent
3) Master's qualification, preferably in TESOL, Applied Linguistics or English.
4) Non native speaker applicants must have at least TOEFL 625/TWE 5.5 or IELTS 8.0/Writing 8.0
Preferred - several of the following
1) Experience in teaching TOEFL and/or IELTS
2) IELTS/Cambridge ESOL examiner status
3) Business or Business English background
4) Experience in IT applications, including anti-plagiarism, essay diagnostic, E-learning and CALL software
5) Debate background - teaching, administration, adjudication etc.
6) CLIL and/or SALC background
7) Extensive TOT background
