Guys,
After being shortlisted for possible job offer,is it a good idea to send an updated CV to
the potential employer?.
Will it change anything?
need help guys!!
I would not recomend it unless they asked for it. Not unless you want to expand on what was already on the first to highlight specific things at the first interview.
My view dont do it,
I second Kim's view. I don't think it'll change anything.
It's always urgent with you...
Instead of another CV, why not post a small thank-you card/note for the interview.... that may help.

with maybe a few hundred us$ inside??!! lol
Why not just update them at the interview. It will enable you to tell them more about yourself.

Agree 100%. It is good manners to write a brief and coherent thank you note (probably an e-mail) following an interview. You can reinforce an important point or two if you can do it gracefully. For example: "Dear Ms. X, Thank you so much for taking the time to interview me for the position of Junior Hand-Smasher at the Cheney School for Unruly Children. It was a great opportunity to learn more about the unique technology your school uses for smashing hands, since as I mentioned in the interview my area of specialization in graduate school was identifying which of the metacarpals are most susceptible to breakage. I look forward to hearing from you soon, and hope I will have an opportunity to contribute to your school. Sincerely, Applicant."
Nice example, but I fear too many multi-syllabic words for the audience intended.

On the other hand, it's unlikely to be plagiarized.
