There is a Multiple Entry Sos Bud Visa that is valid for up to a year, but still you only get 60 days per visit. This type of visa is not convertible to KITAS.

If you check at the reference below , the single entry sosbud (the most common) is to stay in Indonesia up to 180 days (including normally 4 or sometimes 5 extensions) .
What you can do is what I did : Every time one sosbud expires , go to Singapore or Kuala Lumpur to get another new sosbud .
