Hi there, just want to share for those who might need a private Personal Trainer.
Indonesian Male and speaks English, a professional personal trainer and has been working in fitness industry for many years; he is a certified trainer and has become private Personal Trainer for many expatriates in Jakarta (recent clients come from French, Spain, US, India, Canada & Australia) A very nice and friendly straight guy.
His time is flexible and his expertise is in weight training, body shaping, weight lost, body building, sexy legs&butt, etc. He also can manage flexibility class (a low impact mixture of yoga and tai chi movement).
Jakarta region - please let him know where do you live first and where would you like to have it trained (usually at the apartment' fitness facility).
Price is negotiable and much more affordable compare to Personal Trainer’s big gyms in the city. You can save extra cost for this and get in shape for you goals!
