I'd like to know if there is any French kindergarden in Jakarta other than the Lycee Francais in Cipete.

I am afraid that you are not gonna have a lot of choice. Did you contact the swiss, belgium and canadian embassies to ask them? French embassy will certainly direct you to the Lycée français in Cipete since the curriculum they propose are recognised by the french "Education Nationale", but the 3 countries cited may have not the same "obligation", and may give you another lead... if it exists.
If you are french, you may want to write to our beloved president to ask him when does he intend to keep his two electoral promises of developping french education system for french living abroad and to render it free for french expatriate's kids.;)
You can also post on a french speaking forum. I found one while browsing recently, but I did not keep the URL unfortunately. :(

Don't misunderstand me... The guy has some incredible abilities. He was able to sell s*** to more than half of the french population making them believe that it was pure gold. Even a magician would not have done better. I am in the process of hiring about 100 sales for my business in Europe and I tell you that if he would be available, I'd sign him straight away. Unfortunately the dude is not willing to resign from his job... Too bad for me... and for my fellows.;)

From what I recall, when I was living in Colombia they organised a kind of kindergarden for toddlers. They may well do the same in Indonesia since I heard it was a common practise. However, it was a "créche" rather than a real "maternelle". But anyway, I think that it could be worth investigating.
