Sight dogs for the blind

I know a blind person who wants to move to Indonesia. They want to bring their sight dog with them. They are aware of the general laws for pet importation, but want to know if there are any specific guidelines and regulations for keeping and using a sight dog while living in Indonesia.

Can anyone help in this matter?

I don't think there are. Any serious company specialised in pets importation may be more up to date on the matter and able to confirm it with certitude.
